MP Receiving Printer - Printing POs

Description

Hello,

Last week I installed Bobbi's new printer with the help of JB. All went
well and works well, except for the fact Bobbi cannot print PO's. Her old
printer was Printer #4 tied to the Epson ET-2750. Under DEVCFG it's still
showing printer #4 is ET-2750 when we need to change it to ET-3850 or
"RECEIVING 2023". Neither myself or JB know how to configure that.
Hopefully we can get some assistance on this

We will look at this after the ops meeting today when I can stream into her machine to see what needs to be changed.

Hi Tim,

Under MPS I believe, you need to ensure the printer name matches what they called the printer when they installed it.  This should rectify the problem

Updated Printer Name in MPS to RECEIVING 2023 to match installed printer name. Successfully sent a P.O. to printer #4 from RRP. Bobbie will confirm printer now works as normal and I will close ticket.
