Hi there
I cannot seem to log into my net extender today, it's happened a few times
but I don't know if Steve did anything or if it came back on its own.
its saying "Maximum SSLVPN license 2 is reached "

Hi Tiff,

This sometimes happens if the previous session didn't terminate properly and the main server thinks you are still linked. You and I are the only ones that should be using the Net Extender sessions. Can you please send me a copy of the server address the net extender is trying to link to: Mine is 66.183.173.109:4433 and I want to ensure we aren't having a collision.

ok . I have definitely been getting bumped out from time to time and having
to reconnect so that could very well be it.
66.183.173.109:4433 seems to be the only option I seem to have available
there.
Should I disconnect each day from the extender? I wasn't instructed to, but
maybe that would help avoid this issue going forward?

This has happened a few times in the past but it always seemed to correct itself.  I am not aware of anyone else using netextender besides yourself and Tiff.  You may want to give Epicor a call and see if they can check the logs to find out where the 3rd connection is coming from.

I've submitted a ticket with Epicor to help track down the extra connection so we can get you the connection.

The extra connection was Steve's machine in Madeira Park. This was occupying a licensed spot. It also lead to connection and server errors, knocking out the listener for the hip printer and the compass reports. The connection has been closed and eagle now runs as expected, terminal may require a restart to recover all functions. This should also resolve #124 & #125
