IT Support Requests

The ability to email out PDF files as part o fthe statement run is not a feature that is available in the Eagle Software. Eagle Users have been requesting this feature for over 5 years at this point with no luck in getting it added.

If a customer truly cannot read their statement we can generate a PDF from the SAV and email that file to them, but that is not scalable to our entire customer base.

Hello team,

Is there any way that we can change the format of the file for statements
to PDF? This is not the first time I have encountered this problem with
customers.
Most of our customers would request a pdf copy since they are having a hard
time to preview and print the html file.

If I may mention, that your statement comes to us unlike all other vendors'
formats.
It is troubling to preview or print as a pdf. It is in a different format
and is not convenient to work with.

If I may kindly suggest that you send it as a straight PDF if possible,
that
would be helpful.
