Is there any type of message that comes up when trying to access MPO?

Tiff Young user TLY doesn't seem to be able to get into MPO. Can you please
look at her settings

Ok I’ll get her to try again.
No message came up at all. The top bar went grey and it just wouldn’t do
anything

No panic we will try on Monday when she is all set up
