Hi Team

While I was away and came back I just noticed that till T235, T244 are on
windows 11 and I was told it was never supposed to be updated by Steve W

T235 is starting to act up freezing constantly. As it is frozen right now.

Who can fix and who is our in house IT person for the stores now that JB
and Steve are gone and Tim is in PG? Who is in charge of this in house?

Use the following link for instructions on how to revert back to Windows
10. The unfortunate thing is that you only have 10 days from the time of
the Win 11 installation to perform this task. If it is beyond this date
there is another option using the Windows Creation Tool, but if Tim can't
walk someone through by then, it will have to wait until Labour Day and I
can help out. I am away on vacation as of tomorrow until then.
