If you're comfortable installing it, go ahead and used the boxed one in
the office. JB should be able to help if you have configuration issues.

Hello,
The printer in receiving is no longer working properly. Bobbi has been
fighting it for a couple months and after cleaning multiple times and
resetting and restarting a bunch it no longer picks p paper and jams
constantly. I'm hoping we can get a new printer installed in her office.
There is one ink jet printer in the MP office that's been here for a while
in it's box. I'm not aware of it's purpose. If it doesn't have a
destination I'd be happy to install it for her. Otherwise we will need to
order a new one
