Hello,

The back storage room has a door sensor that is not working.
I'm able to set the store alarm while that back storage room door is
completely open.
The keypad is not recognizing that the door is open

Maybe the mounted sensor on the door needs to be moved further up on the
door so that it is closer to the sensor mounted on the inside door frame or
its some other issue.
