Hello Herb,

We had an incident that happened yesterday and the new version of Wyze
camera failed to view playback. The camera is fully updated to the latest
version. Yesterday I tried to reinstall the camera but still couldn't do
playback and also place the SD card in the computer but still no luck.

I have noticed that some of the SD cards (especially the attached photo)
are not compatible with the Wyze cams. It will record just until the memory
is full and doesn't continue to record after that. Are you able to order SD
cards?
