Hello,
Saturday we had a quick flicker of our power. Now our phones are not online
and the Acer computer in the back which was ringing after the power surge
is now off. The battery back flash with an empty battery symbol and then
the screens black out after a few seconds.

Please advise.

Please check the breaker box and determine if the appropriate breaker has been tripped and attempt a reset. It appears that the circuit is unpowered as it has depleted the UPS.
