Additionally, the POS software T253 is set up differently from all of the
other computers, and it won't properly connect to network printers. We've
had issues with that PC since I've started, I think it would be a good idea
to uninstall and reinstall the operating system and the POS, or something
of that nature.
Could we get an IT ticket set up so we can have our computers and network
up and running? I am getting frequent customer complaints about how slow
the performance is, and it's costing us a noticeable amount of time and
productivity.
