Hi Tim
I've spoken with Randy and the sales floor staff about their concerns over
our phones and customer calls. I've also copied Heather and Bobbi on this
to see if they have any issues in MP
The biggest frustration we have here with the Sechelt phones is calls
drop for 1-3 seconds during a conversation. Then- we must to ask the
customer to repeat what he/she said etc
It may not sound like much- but it really is a problem and I personally
experience it several times daily
I'm not sure if this is related to the actual hardware or our systems we
have in place?
