I just had Crissy reach out to me
She's unable to sign into Eagle on the new laptop using HER username
Please advise if possible

The last user left the Laptop in Store Number 4.
I temporarily added Crissy to Store 4 to allow her to complete her login and change to store #4. Left her with basic credentials for store #4 to allow for later logins should issue recur.
