Description
I've been informed we had a power bump late on Friday and Matt identified
what appears to be a wi-fi appliance that had a yellow trouble light, (Matt
can you confirm the physical location of that device?). Resetting the
appliance appeared to recover some connectivity. I suspect that one or more
other switches may have been knocked out and will need to be reset or
replaced. I've reached out to Steve to see if he can provide a more
detailed on-the-ground troubleshoot. The office machine which is my main
point of contact into the network is behind the break and that has caused
several other additional issues: Compass reports have not been emailed out
since Friday evening and the machine cannot supply network master files for
inventory and POS images to the working terminals in the front of the store.
